FLT Operative / Labourer – Recycling Yard / Depot

FORKLIFT TRUCK OPERATIVE IDEALLY WITH EXPERIENCE IN RECYCLING, FARMING, CONSTRUCTION, BUILDERS MERCHANTS OR SIMILAR OUTDOOR YARD / SITE BASED OPERATIONS REQUIRED LOCAL TO ATHERTON TITLE: Yard FLT Driver / Mobile Plant Operator SALARY: £28,500 with achievable £3,000 bonus HOURS: 7.30am-5pm Mon to Fri, 30 mins lunch and 2 x 15 mins breaks LOCATION: Atherton (must be no more than 25 mins commute) YOU WILL HAVE WORKED A MANUAL ROLE AS A: Scrap Metal Recycling Operative, Yard Labourer, Waste Site Operative, Skip Hire Site Labourer, Warehouse Operative, Farming, Agriculture, Builders Merchants Yard Operative, Tractor Driver, Landfill Operative, Production Operative, Highways Maintenance Operative, Grounds Maintenance Operative, Mobile Plant Operator, Telehandler Operator ROLE: Yard FLT Driver / Mobile Plant Operator In this role you will work in a busy recycling yard operating an FLT You will also operate a skid steer and material handler (in house training offered) You will adhere to health and safety policy EXPERIENCE: Yard FLT Driver / Mobile Plant Operator You will have a Forklift Truck licence and be open to training on a Skid Steer and Material Handler You will be a maximum of 25 minutes commute from the site by bike, bus or car Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to take a DBS / criminal record check, which needs to come back clean.
