This is an analyst role.Within our EP&G team we advise remuneration committees and senior management on the design of executive reward programmes at listed and private companies and public sector organisations. We partner with UK and Global organisations to design effective reward strategies that balance business strategy, talent needs, shareholder expectations and governance requirements.Our advice covers salary & benefits, the design of incentives including the selection of performance measures and target setting, remuneration reporting, stakeholder consultation and regulatory requirements. As an analyst you will be part of specific client teams interacting with all team members as well as providing adhoc support on projects across the team. You will gain a clear understanding of how organisations use data, analytics and market intelligence to make critical decisions about pay and performance. Our work combines quantitative analysis with strategic consulting, helping clients attract, motivate and retain top talent.Your specific responsibilities as an analyst will include:Carrying out data analysis and market benchmarking on compensation and reward trendsProviding quantitative analysis of pay structures and incentive plansResearching market practice to validate market trends and support recommendationsWorking with reward data sets to identify insights for clientsSupporting consultants in the development of executive pay and reward strategiesPreparing a first draft of client presentations, combining charts and written analysis into visually compelling materials for clientsYou will have the opportunity to develop your analytical, commercial and consulting skills, in a fast moving and dynamic practice.
