About You

You will have a strong understanding of design and build procurement routes, commissioning and handover processes, Health & Safety management, and modern construction methods including off-site fabrication.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage budgets, programmes, quality, and operational delivery simultaneously are essential. Mechanical experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
