Student Experience Advisor 📍 Central Bath 💷 £14.00 per hour ⏰ Full Time 37.5 hrs and Part Time Available 15 hrs| Rotating Shifts 5 days on 2 days off including weekends Shifts include 7am- 3pm or 2pm -10pm 📅 Immediate Start | Commitment Until September We are currently recruiting for a Student Experience Advisor's to join a busy and vibrant student accommodation team based in Central Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast paced, people focused environment. Shift Pattern Full-time hour Rotating 2:00pm – 10:00pm / 7:00am – 3:00pm 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis Key Responsibilities As a Student Experience Advisor, you will play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive living environment for students. Duties will include: * Managing and distributing parcels and deliveries * Carrying out regular building patrols * Responding appropriately to fire alarms and safety procedures * Meeting and greeting students, visitors, and contractors * Handling student enquiries professionally and efficiently * Providing excellent front of house customer service Supporting the onsite team with day to day operations What We’re Looking For * Previous customer service experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Reliable with strong timekeeping * Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude * Ability to remain calm under pressure * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team If you are interested please click on Apply
