Crieff Hydro Hotel is located in the heart of Scotland, set in a 900 acre estate in Perthshire. The hotel has 215 bedrooms, 55 self‑catering lodges, six restaurants and over 60 onsite activities, including a spa, leisure centre, horse‑riding centre and Action Glen, making it a destination for all kinds of holidayers.

About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable store experiences? We are looking for an enthusiastic Boutique Manager to lead our small, friendly team and help our boutique continue to thrive.

As the face of our retail shop, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and creating orders, producing eye‑catching displays, processing customer transactions and motivating your team to ensure the best possible customer service is given at all times. You will become knowledgeable about all the brands and products we offer and be able to upsell them effectively in a warm, friendly manner.

The role requires a flexible approach as you may need to work weekends and cover extra hours due to team members’ holidays.

What We Need From You

You’ll have previous experience in retail management, sales, merchandising and stock control, and most importantly a friendly and welcoming personality.
