The Best Connection are currently recruiting flexible Parcel Sorter Nights to work for one of our clients based at East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global leader in logistics, distribution and supply chain management, with full Aviation Training provided.

• Pay: £16.54 - £23.64ph
• Duration: Temporary ongoing!
• Shifts from: Monday to Friday 21:00 to 05:30 or
• Sunday to Thursday (Sunday 18:00 to 04:30, Monday to Thursday 21:00 to 05:00)
• Location: East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington
• Accessible via the Skylink Bus Route

Requirements of a Parcel Sorter Nights / Warehouse operative

• Be willing to apply for a DBS Check (Paid for by us!)
• Have a 5 year checkable work history (Obtained for you by us!)
• Be willing to attend an Aviation Cargo Operative Course (Paid for by us!)
• Flexibility is a must
• Weekend work and bank holiday availability

Role of a Weekend Parcel Sorter Nights / Warehouse operative

• Labelling Parcels
• Scanning Parcels
• Uploading information on to a Computer
• Lifting and Moving Parcels (may be up to 25kg in certain areas)
• Quality Inspecting Cargo

Please note: Due to the nature of our business, we are regulated by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority), therefore it is compulsory for all applicants to provide or be willing to obtain the following:
