Not total triage. Team approach rather than individual lists. PCN visiting team, and ARRS staff including pharmacist, pharmacy techs and physio. NO ANP therefore full mix of patients rather than only complexity and multi-morbid.About usBased in the affluent villages of Brockenhurst and Sway, this is an opportunity to step into a progressive, financially very strong practice located in one of the most desirable rural settings in the South.Our current team consists of two full-time partners , supported by two experienced GP retainers. We are a fully staffed close knit team, and we are now seeking a Salaried GP with a view to partnership to support succession planning and allow one of our current partner to reduce their clinical sessions.In the past 2 years, we have completed a full-scale reorganisation of every team within the practice. We now operate as a streamlined, well-managed, and responsive business that delivers exceptional care and accessibility.
