As a Welder Fabricator, your responsibilities will include:

Manufacture sheet metal and fabricated products to specification and engineering drawings Maintain right first time standards, build efficiency and service levels consistently Resolve manufacturing issues quickly, keeping clear communication with the operations team Assist with assembly work as required Adhere to UK Health and Safety regulations and company quality standards Contribute to continuous improvement activities and support colleagues as needed

As a Welder Fabricator, your experience will include:

Completion of an

engineering apprenticeship

or equivalent qualification Considerable experience in assembly and engineering within a

manufacturing

environment Strong understanding of engineering drawings and sheet metal fabrication, welding, and cutting A disciplined, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team Counterbalance forklift licence
