ThePlaceToBe are excited to be working closely with a great independent digital marketing agency. These guys offer services such as Web Development, Paid Media, SEO, PR and Content Marketing. This digital agency work with a string of exciting brands mostly within the tourism and drinks industry.

About the role...

As a Digital Client Director, the focus of your role will be to lead upon the client servicing for a selection of the agency’s key clients specifically across digital performance projects

What you’ll be doing day to day...

Manage direct client relationships for tier one portfolio
Ensure all digital performance (PPC and Social) projects are delivered on time and within budgets with help from the activation teams
Line management of a team of 3 Account Directors, sat within a department of 15
Sit within a large client service team and work with client across the eCommerce space
Maintenance of secondary client relationships and be escalation point for briefs / issues
Active involvement on long term team development including recruitment

About you...

To be considered for this Digital Client Director role you must have a passion for all things digital performance

What we're looking for...

Previous client service / Account management experience within a digital / marketing agency
Experience managing accounts across digital performance xwzovoh (SEO, PPC and Social Media)
Confidence to manage a team of Client Service specialists
Strong experience leading stakeholder meetings and tier one client management
Worked with huge brands with digital spends into the £millions per annum
Good understanding of the wider digital marketing channels such as Content, PR and Web Development/UX
You must be able to commute to Leeds City Centre, 2 days a week
