Internal Account Manager

Our client is looking for a dynamic Internal Account Manager to join their team delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth generated by the external sales team. The purpose of the role is to provide exceptional customer service, account management and efficient sales administration. Duties * Taking incoming sales enquiries and orders. * Processing sales orders and quotes. * Managing the sales inbox and processing emailed sales orders and enquiries. * Processing literature and sample requests. * Managing key accounts as the internal contact and monitoring account activity. * Liaising with Purchasing, Accounts and Logistics teams to fulfil customer requirements. * Processing web sales orders. * Obtaining quotes from suppliers for special and bespoke products. * Arranging purchase orders. * Completing sales order administration from the previous day. * Processing customer goods returns. * Implementing price increases as required to maintain and grow GP. * Looking for ways to improve processes and increase productivity within the team. Skills & Attributes * Ability to interact confidently with customers by telephone and email. * Excellent attention to detail. * Good communication skills. * Positive, can-do attitude. * Self-motivated and reliable. * Strong team player. * Good time-management skills. * Customer-focused approach. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
