Heavy CNC Machinist - Backshift 📍 North Yorkshire (DL10) 💷 £17.41 per hour ⏰ Overtime Paid at £26.11 per hour ES Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Machinist / CNC Operative to join Hambleton Steel on a backshift basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing structural steel company with long-term stability, overtime opportunities and modern CNC machinery. 🕒 Shift Pattern Monday to Thursday: 2:30PM - 11:30PM Friday: 2:30PM - 8:30PM 🔩 Duties Include: Operating CNC machinery within a heavy steel environment Working with Voortman, Kaltenbach and Peddinghaus machinery Loading and unloading heavy steel components Using overhead cranes to safely lift and move heavy parts Monitoring machine performance and maintaining production standards Following workshop health & safety procedures✅ Experience Required: Previous CNC machining / operating experience Experience within structural steel or heavy engineering environments Crane experience preferred Experience with Voortman, Kaltenbach or Peddinghaus machinery advantageous💥 Benefits: Temp to Perm full-time position Weekly overtime available at £26.11 per hour Stable and supportive workshop environment Opportunity to join a respected UK steel manufacturerTo apply, please send your CV or contact Sue Boardman at ES Recruit on (phone number removed)
