Core3 is delighted to be working with an ambitious, growing PE organisation to recruit a Finance Manager. This permanent, fully remote opportunity is ideal for a qualified accountant 1/2 years post-qualification who enjoys taking ownership, building effective finance processes and working closely with senior leadership.

You'll play a key role in bringing finance operations in-house, with the opportunity to shape how the function develops as the business expands internationally.

As Finance Manager, you'll work directly with the CFO, helping establish a reliable finance function with the systems, controls and reporting needed to support future growth. It's a hands-on opportunity with a genuine route towards Financial Controller.

How you'll make an impact

• Lead the transition from outsourced accounting to a fully managed in-house finance function.

• Own the month-end close, producing accurate management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Partner with the CFO to prepare board reporting, financial analysis and management information.
