Location: Poundbury, Dorchester (DT1)
Pay rate: £14.45 per hour + £50 per sleep-in
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (rota-based)

About the Role
Reporting to Registered Locality Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is consistently delivered.
You will:
Lead by example to deliver outstanding support
Empower the people we support to live fulfilling, independent lives
Support colleagues through supervisions and 1-2-1s
Work collaboratively with the management team
Occasionally support with off-rota administrative tasks
Be flexible to work across other homes within the locality if required

Working Pattern:
Mixture of shifts:7:00am - 2:30pm & 2:30pm - 10:00pm
Sleep-in shifts required (£50 per night)
Flexibility is essential due to the needs of the service
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Is passionate about person-centred support and inclusion
Leads with integrity, compassion, and accountability
Has experience supporting people with learning disabilities/autism (or similar)
Is confident supporting colleagues and stepping into a leadership role
Can work flexibly across services when needed
Lives in (or near) the West Dorset/Weymouth area
