Logistics Supervisor

Site Supervisor – Holiday Cover Position: Site Supervisor Location: Oxford Pay Rate: £25 per hour (CIS / UTR) Working Hours: 7:00am – 6:00pm (10 hours paid) We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a busy construction project in Oxford on a holiday cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major site with competitive rates and the potential for ongoing work for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily site logistics operations * Manage deliveries, traffic flow, and material handling across the project * Ensure all site access and egress points are operated safely and efficiently * Maintain and enforce high health & safety standards at all times * Liaise effectively with site management, subcontractors, suppliers, and delivery drivers * Monitor site activities and report any incidents, hazards, or operational issues promptly Requirements * Valid Gold CSCS Card * SSSTS Certificate * Previous experience working in a supervisory role on construction sites * Strong communication and organisational skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment * Reliable, professional, and proactive attitude This role offers the chance to join a well-established project team and gain valuable experience on a high-profile construction development.
