Parts & Operations Administrator 📍 Bristol | 💷 £28,000 - £30,000 | Full Time, Permanent We're recruiting for a highly organised Parts & Operations Administrator to join a busy and growing engineering business in Bristol. This is a varied role where you'll support engineers, manage parts and stock, liaise with suppliers and customers, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing Sourcing and ordering parts using supplier systems Managing deliveries, collections and stock movements Organising engineer van stock Maintaining accurate records and stock control Supporting customers by phone and email Providing general administrative support to the operations teamWhat We're Looking For Strong administration and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Proactive, reliable and team-oriented approachIdeal Background Experience within administration, logistics, customer service, operations, engineering support or parts coordination would be beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
