Conduct regular visits and assessments to identify residents' needs and address any concerns. Work collaboratively with external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to resident care. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational policies. Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all residents. Respond promptly to any emergencies or urgent requests from residents. Encourage residents to participate in community activities and events.Profile A successful Independent Living Co Ordinator should have: Knowledge of housing and tenancy management in the Not For Profit sector.
