Occupational Therapist Rehabilitation Service

We are recruiting for a Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist to join a supportive Adult Social Care team. You will work with adults with disabilities and rehabilitation needs, delivering practical, person-centred interventions that reduce reliance on ongoing care and support better everyday outcomes. Working alongside the person and relevant professionals, you will develop practical rehabilitation plans and goals, recommend suitable equipment, minor adaptations and daily living techniques, and review progress throughout their support. You will also maintain accurate case records, contribute to case triage and offer Occupational Therapy guidance to colleagues. You'll also need experience with moving and handling along with reviewing packages of care.
