Production Operative & Logistics Operator

Location: Hams Hall 💷 Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts) 06:00 – 14:00 14:00 – 22:00 ✅ Early finish every Friday Company Overview We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing and logistics organisation based in Hams Hall. Production Operative Role Purpose To manufacture products efficiently and safely, following factory and technical standards under supervision. Key Responsibilities * Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace (6S) * Operate and monitor production machinery * Perform quality checks and inspections * Accurately complete production documentation * Support continuous improvement and training activities * Work collaboratively within the team Requirements * Previous manufacturing experience * Strong attention to detail * Good problem-solving and decision-making skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable * Forklift licence * SAP knowledge Logistics Operator Role Purpose To support warehouse operations by receiving and despatching goods safely, accurately, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Follow Health & Safety guidelines and maintain workspace standards (6S) * Pick, stack, and palletise goods * Carry out stock checks and complete documentation * Inspect equipment and ensure safe operation * Use warehouse management systems (SAP preferred) * Support continuous improvement and team flexibility Requirements * Previous logistics or warehouse experience * Strong attention to detail * Good problem-solving skills * Ability to work as part of a team * Forklift & VNA licences What’s on Offer Competitive pay: £14.42 per hour Monday to Friday working week (no weekends) Rotating shifts Early finish on Fridays Long-term opportunities Supportive team environment Apply Today If you are interested, please apply via CV Library with your updated CV
