Estimator - Building/ Fitout

Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in high-end interior fit-outs projects? Our client is a leading contractor based in Co. Antrim wishing to appoint a new estimator for their growing team. We're working with a leader in hospitality and luxury retail interiors who are expanding their pre-construction function. This is an opportunity for a confident, commercially sharp Estimator who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the intricacies of high-end projects. The Role: * Lead the pricing and tendering of bespoke hospitality fit-out projects * Prepare accurate costings for labour, materials, joinery, M&E, and specialist packages * Manage the estimating process from pre-qualification to final submission * Develop value engineering strategies and support project profitability * Negotiate rates with subcontractors and suppliers across the UK * Attend site visits and collaborate with project, commercial, and design teams * Contribute to pre-construction planning and advise on buildability and cost risks You'll Need: * Proven experience as an Estimator in fit-out, interiors, or main contracting * Excellent commercial acumen and an eye for detail * Ability to lead tenders and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously * Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills * Proficiency in estimating software and Excel The Package: * Generous Salary Package. * Annual company bonus. * Health & well-being benefits such as healthcare, critical illness cover, and mental well-being support. * Training & Development support such support for professional memberships, qualifications, leading trainers * Pension, life assurance, income protection, enhanced parental pay * Flexible & Hybrid working For more information or to discuss in confidence, please contact Michelle Doran at CSR on (phone number removed).
