EYFS Teaching Assistant (SEND Focused) - Stockport Part-Time | Mornings Only (08:30am - 12:00pm) | Summer Term | Potential Extension into September Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an experienced and nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Stockport for the remainder of the Summer Term. This rewarding role will involve providing dedicated 1:1 support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within the Early Years Foundation Stage. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping children access learning, develop socially and emotionally, and thrive within the classroom environment. The Role: Part-time position, working mornings only (08:30am - 12:00pm) Supporting children within an EYFS setting Providing 1:1 SEND support tailored to individual needs Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies Creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment Position available for the Summer Term with the possibility of extension into SeptemberThe Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience working within an EYFS setting Proven experience providing 1:1 support for children with SEND A patient, caring, and adaptable approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills A genuine passion for supporting children's development and learningThis is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school environment and make a real difference to a child's educational journey.
