About the role
Associate Director - Infrastructure Private Equity & Credit at Bruin
Our client, a leading Project Finance bank, is keen to hire a senior originator with a proven track record across the UK & Europe. The Director / Senior Director will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing renewable energy transactions across the UK and EMEA. The successful candidate will lead client coverage, drive new business development, and manage the full deal lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and sponsors across the UK and EMEA.
- Identify and pursue new deal opportunities in the renewables sector.
- Mentor and coach Associates/VPs in deal origination and execution.
- Lead end-to-end project finance transactions and oversee financial modelling.
Qualifications
- Currently a Senior Vice President, Director, or Senior Director with Project Finance experience and a focus on renewables.
- Demonstrable track record of originating and closing transactions across the UK & EMEA.
- Results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability.
