Our client is seeking a dedicated CQC Registered Manager to lead a Stockport based service, driving outstanding standards of care and supporting a team that genuinely changes lives every day.

What You'll Be Doing Holding full responsibility as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and Fundamental Standards of Care Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of care professionals, fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement Overseeing care plans, risk assessments, and person-centred support to ensure every individual receives the highest quality of care Managing rotas, recruitment, and staff performance to maintain a stable, skilled, and motivated workforce Building strong relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities Driving quality assurance processes, audits, and continuous service improvement initiatives Managing budgets effectively while maintaining exceptional standards of care Acting as the main point of contact for CQC inspections and ensuring inspection-readiness at all times What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Registered Manager with the CQC (or strong experience ready to step up, with willingness to register) NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, KLOEs, and current health and social care legislation Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities A genuine passion for delivering person-centred, dignified xwzovoh care Full UK driving licence (where relevant to the role) What's On Offer Competitive salary, reflective of experience Ongoing professional development and funded training Supportive senior management structure Real influence over how the service is run, with the autonomy to make it your own How to Apply If you're ready to lead a service you can be proud of, we'd love to hear from you.
