MIG Welder Location: Near Spalding Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Job Type: Temp to Perm Hours: Monday to Friday, with overtime available/required when necessary The Role Integrity Plus is recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder to join an established manufacturing business based close to Spalding. The role will primarily involve MIG welding, with some stick welding also required. You will be working from technical drawings to produce high-quality work to the required specifications. This is a great opportunity for an experienced welder looking for a long-term permanent position, with the potential to develop their skills and progress into a more specialised role within the business. Key Requirements •Proven experience in MIG welding. •Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings. •Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. •Able to work independently and as part of a team. •Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious. •Willingness to learn and develop additional skills.
