What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Leading service and maintaining high standards across your sections
Assisting with training and development of junior chefs
Ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every dish
Working closely with senior chefs on menu execution and kitchen organisation

What We're Looking For
Current Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie/Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
Proven experience within a fine-dining environment
Italian cuisine experience is preferred but not essential
A willingness to learn, develop, and embrace new techniques
Strong organisational and communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a professional kitchen environment
