Hybrid Framework & Tender Manager — Deputy Lead

AECOM is hiring a Deputy Framework Manager flexible within the UK. You will support the SPaTS3 Framework operations, bid management, governance and supplier engagement, ensuring timely, high-quality tender commitments.

You will lead coordination of tenders, provide commercial support, manage the opportunity pipeline, and contribute to lessons learned and procurement improvement activities across the framework.
