An exciting opportunity for an experienced travel retail leader to drive the transformation of a large-scale retail operation across the UK.
The purpose of the role is to create a more consistent, consumer-led and commercially focused retail model across a complex multi-site estate.
Key Responsibilities
Define and deliver the UK&I retail strategy
Drive improvements in retail sales, pricing, margin and commercial performance
Embed category management and scalable retail operating standards
Develop and launch innovative retail formats and partnerships
Support client growth, retention and new business opportunities
Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, marketing, finance and digital teams
About You
Senior travel retail leadership experience within multi-site environments, within airports or transport
Proven track record of food retail transformation and xwzovoh commercial growth
Strong expertise in category management, pricing and retail formats
Commercially driven, consumer-focused and data-led
Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capability
