Property Fee Earner - Camberley £60,000 – £65,000 per annum DOE We are looking for an ambitious and personable Property Fee Earner with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join a thriving and well-respected property team in Camberley. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing a varied caseload, and working within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You will play a key role in handling a broad mix of residential property matters while delivering exceptional client service from instruction through to completion. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, including: * Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases * Transfers of equity * Remortgages * New build transactions * Shared ownership matters * Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties * Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance throughout the transaction process Experience and Skills Requirements We are keen to hear from candidates who: * Have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE within residential property * Are confident managing a busy caseload independently * Possess excellent communication and organisational skills * Thrive in a client-focused environment * Are commercially aware and proactive in developing relationships * Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted
