Reading Tutor | Kensington & Chelsea Secondary School Deliver Reading Interventions | September 2026 Start £106.47 per day | £532.33 per week (including holiday pay) Are you a graduate passionate about literacy and supporting young people to succeed academically? A successful secondary school in Kensington & Chelsea is seeking a dedicated Reading Tutor to deliver targeted reading interventions to students across KS3 and KS4 from September 2026. This rewarding role involves working with students on a 1:1 and small group basis to improve reading fluency, comprehension, confidence, and overall literacy attainment. The Role:

• Deliver structured reading interventions to students across Years 7–11
• Support students with reading fluency, comprehension, and literacy skills
• Track student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Help create a positive and supportive learning environment

Candidate Requirements:

• A graduate from a leading university
• Passionate about literacy and education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, encouraging, and organised
• Previous tutoring, mentoring, or literacy support experience is desirable
