Technical Services Manager

Technical Services Manager Salary: £65,000–£70,000 per annum We’re currently looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager (TSM) to join a leading facilities management team, overseeing the delivery of technical services across a key client contract. The ideal candidate will come from a strong critical/technical facilities management background, with solid electrical knowledge and experience managing engineering teams, contractors and client relationships. The Role * Manage the day-to-day delivery of technical FM services * Lead and support engineering teams and specialist contractors * Ensure PPM, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance are delivered to a high standard * Manage client relationships and provide regular reporting * Drive service improvements, compliance and operational performance * Support with technical and engineering-related projects About You * Previous experience as a Technical Services Manager, Technical Account Manager or similar * Strong electrical/engineering background * HVAP preferred, ideally currently held or held within the last 5 years * Strong understanding of statutory compliance and safe systems of work * Experience managing teams, contractors and client stakeholders * Excellent communication and organisational skills Salary: £65,000–£70,000 per annum Location: Moorgate Sector: Facilities Management / Critical Engineering If you’re an experienced technical FM professional looking for your next opportunity, we’d be keen to hear from you
