- Hybrid Up to 63K per annum Team Manager
- Electrical Engineering is required for a market-leading engineering business delivering highly specialised technology solutions for advanced manufacturing and critical industrial environments worldwide.
The organisation operates on large-scale, technically complex programmes and is recognised for strong engineering capability.
You will lead and manage a team of electrical sustaining engineers responsible for engineering support across the product lifecycle, including root cause analysis, design changes, validation, compliance, and reliability improvements.
Skills: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
Strong experience in electrical product design, development, and engineering.
Experience in line management, coaching, and mentoring of engineers.
Experience supporting PDPs, skills development, and career progression.
