Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative Required (Counterbalance & Reach Truck licenses required) Job Type: Permanent, Fulltime - 37.5 Hours Per Week Hours: Monday to Friday, Rotating shifts 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm Are you ready to join a dynamic and supportive team? Our client, a leading manufacturing business is looking for a Warehouse Operative to contribute to their continued success. As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Pick and dispatch orders to customers to a high-quality standard. Check incoming components for quantity and integrity, storing them correctly. Operate within Health & Safety regulations at all times. Be flexible to work at offsite storage locations when required. Handle a variety of tasks both inside and outside, in all weather conditions.Requirements: Accredited Counterbalance Forklift Truck and Reach Truck licences. Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Strong manual handling skills and the ability to work in all climates (PPE provided). A team-oriented approach, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in basic IT skills and the ability to manage tasks with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and numeracy. A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently. A flexible approach to work, including overtime when needed.
