Location: Hemel Campus HP1 1HDSalary: Up to *GBP*54,080.00 per annum, depending on skills and experience.Contractual Hours: 37.00Basis: Full time

We have an exciting opportunity foran individual aspiring to go into a management role to join theSchools of Construction and Engineering at our Hemel Hempstead Campus. We are looking for an inspirational, visionary and dynamic individual who will work closely with theHeads ofSchoolacross the management and qualityofall curriculum provision including full time, part time and apprenticeships.

A vital partofthe role will be to support the managementofpeople, quality assurance and improvement activities, employer engagement and curriculum development. Previous experienceofthese activities within a Construction and Engineering context are desirable. Internal / External Quality Assessor qualifications are desirable.

The ideal candidate will have highly effective organisational skills and experienceof working within a Construction and Engineering curriculum setting.You will be a committed individual with the drive and passion to be innovative and to motivate a team to achieve the best possible outcomes for students, employers and other key stakeholders.

The role will involve working closely with existing employers and establishing new partnerships that supports curriculum development, design and new apprenticeships opportunities.

This role is full-time, 37 hours per week and based at our Hemel Hempstead Campus. The closing date for applications is Sunday 9^th August 2026. Interviews will be 19^th August 2026.
