Our client are seeking a Service Delivery Consultant based in a busy office in Birmingham. Working in the industrial sector, this is a non sales role. The successful candidate will help support the branch with their admin and resourcing and assisting with the end-end recruitment process.
Job Description
Facilitating the matching process of candidates to client requirements
Placing candidates
To help out with all administration duties
To help with the compliance
To advertise job adverts
Resource candidates
Person Specification
Proven experience of working within the recruitment industry
Customer focused with exceptional organisational skills
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams
Flexible approach to work
The company offers an excellent working environment and a competitive salary of £30k
