Rail - Project Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Location: Leeds and Birmingham x2 sites, accommodation provided when travelling to Birmingham Our client is a well-established and growing fit-out and refurbishment contractor with an annual turnover of approximately €45 million. The company delivers high-quality commercial, retail, healthcare, education, and specialist refurbishment projects across Ireland, with an expanding footprint in the UK. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Manage all aspects of the commercial and financial performance of projects Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and accounts Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field Minimum 2+ years’ experience (QS) Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on high-profile and varied projects Career progression within a growing organisation
