About the role
A welcoming and ambitious primary school is seeking an experienced and passionate EYFS Teacher to join their leadership team as EYFS Phase Lead from September 2026 on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Early Years practitioner looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.
The successful candidate will:
Have strong experience teaching within EYFS
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development
Be confident leading and supporting an EYFS team
Have a creative and engaging teaching approach
Be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parentsThe role will include:
Leading the EYFS phase across Nursery and Reception
Supporting curriculum development and planning
Monitoring pupil progress and attainment
Mentoring and supporting staff within the phase
Working closely with senior leadership to continue driving standards across Early YearsThe school offers:
