Sector – Industrial Manufacturing (FMCG) Non-Negotiable Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer Must be a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias).
Must have experience working within an FMCG, factory, or industrial manufacturing environment.
Must hold a recognised Engineering Qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
Essential Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
Experience with PLC systems and high-speed production equipment.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Desirable Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer Experience working on fully automated production lines.
Exposure to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing principles.
