Overview
Leading regional law firm has a vacancy for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their busy and highly regarded team based in Northampton. You will work in a specialist team managing existing clients and building on the client base, covering all aspects of Court of Protection work.
Responsibilities

• Deputyship applications
• Ongoing management of clients' property and financial affairs
• Understanding a client's financial position and what care funding or benefits they are entitled to
• Safeguarding conversations

About you

• 18 months'+ experience in Court of Protection
• Knowledge of the benefits and care system
• Be comfortable and empathetic with vulnerable clients and difficult family situations
• Able to explain complex instructions in an easily understandable manner
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Professional and attentive telephone manner, coupled with strong interpersonal skills
