About the Role

We are currently working on a confidential opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join an ambitious and growing firm, with opportunities available across Family, Commercial Property, Employment and Insolvency.

The role would suit a lawyer who wants the autonomy to build something of their own, supported by the resources, infrastructure and expertise of an established firm.

The firm continues to grow across multiple practice areas, supported by real investment in technology, digital infrastructure, marketing and business development. You would join a firm that backs its lawyers to build, with a capable and committed in-house marketing and business-development team and continued investment in both.

Core Responsibilities - Building & Leading the Practice

• Establish, grow and develop your practice area, setting its strategic direction.
• Build and lead a team over time, with the opportunity to recruit and develop lawyers and support staff as the practice grows.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing and client-focused culture.
• Work closely with the firm's leadership team on planning, performance and growth.

Winning & Growing Work

• Develop and grow your own caseload, building the department's client base and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers, introducers, professional contacts and existing clients.
• Work alongside the marketing team on content, thought leadership, networking
