We are currently recruiting for a LiveSmart Manager to join a well-established housing service on a 3-month temporary contract in Dorking, Surrey. The Role

As a LiveSmart Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a residential scheme, maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the property at all times
• Report and monitor health & safety, safeguarding, and fire safety concerns promptly
• Act as a key holder and manage access for residents, contractors, and visitors
• Facilitate access for maintenance, servicing, and repairs to communal areas
• Meet contractors on-site and oversee works carried out within the building
