About the Role

You'll create engaging, personalised learning experiences that inspire curiosity, build confidence and help pupils achieve more than they ever thought possible. Working with small classes and alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll have the time, flexibility and encouragement to tailor your teaching to every learner, helping them overcome barriers and realise their full potential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that motivate and inspire every learner.
• Adapt teaching to meet individual needs, enabling pupils to achieve meaningful academic, social and emotional progress.
• Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil achievement, using assessment to inform future learning.
• Prepare pupils for examinations and support a range of assessment activities.
• Build positive, trusting relationships that promote confidence, resilience and independence.
• Work collaboratively with families, colleagues and external professionals to provide the very best outcomes for pupils.
• Contribute to curriculum development, school improvement and the wider life of the school.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare, health and wellbeing of every child.

About you

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Is passionate about inclusive education and helping every young person succeed.
• Brings creativity, enthusiasm and energy into the classroom.
• Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Is resilient, adaptable and thrives in a rewarding specialist setting.
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
• Is committed to continuous professional development and delivering outstanding learning experiences.
• Holds a full UK Driving Licence.
