URGENT: (CDM) Health & Safety Manager needed for an immediate start this coming Monday, 3rd August, in Hereford. This is a fast-paced, 14-night straight contract role paying circa £450 per shift. It requires robust CDM experience and a background in heavy engineering. The Role * Location: Hereford * Start Date: Monday 3rd August (Urgent) * Duration: 14 straight nights (includes weekend working) * Rate: Circa £450.00 per shift Key Responsibilities * Manage Compliance: Oversee all aspects of Health, Safety, and Temporary Works under strict CDM regulations. * Project Scope: Guide the heavy engineering team through complex machinery removal and production line installations. * Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day operations involving a large workforce, heavy plant, cranes, and specialist equipment. * Collaboration: Work directly with the Principal Contractor’s Project Management team and Safety Division to meet all compliance milestones. Requirements * CDM Expertise: Proven, strong experience managing Health and Safety under CDM regulations on busy sites. * Sector Background: Background in factory fit-outs, heavy engineering, or industrial machinery installation. * Qualifications: NEBOSH General Certificate is required. * Card Scheme: CSCS Black Card is highly preferred. * Availability: Ready for immediate night-shift work starting this Monday. * If you are a CDM expert ready for an immediate start in Hereford, click to apply now to apply
