Mechanical Project Manager – Permanent Position 📍 Leeds 💷 £65,000 + Package A leading M&E contractor based in Leeds is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team. The role will involve delivering large-scale commercial, education, and healthcare projects, with project values ranging into the multi-million-pound sector. The Role: * Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to handover * Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers * Managing programmes, budgets, and project delivery * Attending client and site meetings * Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained Requirements: * Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager * Strong background delivering large commercial projects * Experience within education and healthcare sectors preferred * Good understanding of HVAC and mechanical building services * SMSTS * CSCS Card * Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ/HNC/HND or equivalent) Package: * £65,000 salary * Company package included * Permanent position * Career progression opportunities * Established and growing contractor
