Multi-Skilled Trades Operative - Social Housing (Planned Works) Wyton, Cambridgeshire | 40 hours | Up to £32,947 + Van & Fuel I'm working with a major UK property services provider that's expanding its team on a long-term housing contract and needs reliable multi-traders immediately. Why this role is moving fast: This is a live contract with consistent work - they're adding heads now to keep up with delivery across military family housing. The role: You'll be carrying out planned repairs and maintenance across occupied and void homes, ensuring properties are safe, compliant and finished to a high standard. Day to day: Plumbing repairs & minor installs Carpentry and basic joinery work General multi-trade maintenance Working from a PDA to manage jobs efficiently Delivering strong customer service in occupied homesWhat they're looking for: Proven multi-trade experience (plumbing + carpentry essential) Background in housing maintenance or similar Ability to diagnose and fix issues first time Comfortable working in occupied properties Full UK driving licence NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 preferred Willing to undergo DBS/SC clearancePackage: Up to £32,947 salary 40 hours per week Company van + fuel card 23 days holiday + bank holidays Pension & life assurance Perks scheme (discounts, cinema, etc.)
