Exciting Opportunity Customer Reconnection Representative
We are seeking motivated and professional individuals across the UK on both an employed and self-employed basis.
As a Customer Reconnection Representative, you'll be the face of Ascent, visiting customers and helping reconnect them with the support available from their lender. This is an active, field-based role, ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, working independently, and managing their own workload.
Attitude, communication skills, professionalism, and reliability are more important than specific industry experience, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
This is a customer-facing role where you'll visit customers in their homes, gather information, identify any support needs, and encourage positive engagement with their lender.
Working across your designated territory, you'll manage your own diary while delivering a professional and empathetic customer experience. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and requires flexibility, including evening and weekend visits when required.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building rapport with people from all walks of life, and achieving positive outcomes for customers and clients alike.
Supporting customers in discussing their financial circumstances.
Identifying complaints and ensuring they are handled in line with the appropriate process.
Managing your diary, workload, and allocated territory effectively to ensure client service level agreements are achieved.
