Principal Embedded Software Engineer

Principal Embedded Software Engineer now needed in Bristol contributing to architecture, design, and implementation of safety-critical embedded software. This role involves technical leadership within projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring high standards of software quality and compliance with safety standards.
I am seeking an experienced Principal Embedded Engineer with 10 years plus expertise in the following areas:
Strong experience in embedded systems design and development
Proficiency in C and assembler.
strong experience with Real-Time Operating Systems
Familiarity with safety-critical software development standards (e.g., IEC 61508, DO 178B/C, ISO26262, IEC 62304)
Experience in software development within a controlled development environment
Low-level embedded engineering experience (e.g., Cortex M3, M4, A7)
Networking protocols 
Embedded software security and multicore device development.
Experience in software requirements and configuration management
Experience in managing projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
