Independent Financial Adviser - Financial Planning

Job Description We are an independent financial advice firm with a strong presence in the local community, looking for an experienced adviser to join the team. This is a genuinely flexible, remote-first role with an office available whenever needed for client meetings, collaboration, or simply a change of scene. Clients are provided - you will not be expected to bring a client bank but if you have existing clients, we are happy to accommodate. Senior Operations and senior Paraplanning support is provided. About you: - At least 5 years' experience as a financial adviser, with a strong record of delivering suitable, compliant, client-focused advice - Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or above) — Chartered status desirable but not essential - Comfortable working remotely but maintain a close working relationship with the team. - A contemporary approach to advice — utilising modern technology to streamline operation and improve client servicing - A team player who appreciates the collaborate approach to work and understands the value of all those in the process - High professional standards, ethics and integrity What we offer: - Basic salary of £60,000–£75,000, dependent on experience - Performance-related bonus, xkybehq with an on-target package of up to £90,000 and beyond when established - Competitive benefits package - 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays - Professional body membership fees and CPD/exam support covered - Home-office equipment provided - A strong, culture driven company. - Genuine flexibility with a private office available when required - Consistent new client flow
