Customer Service Advisor 📍 Burton-on-Trent 💷 £13.20 per hour 🕗 Monday to Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong office administration and customer service experience. You will be responsible for providing essential support to customers while assisting with a range of administrative duties. 📌 Main Responsibilities: Handling customer support emails and communicating directly with customers Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries Booking orders and processing customer requests Reporting and tracking deliveries Filing and managing documents Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records Completing general administrative duties Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service✅ What We’re Looking For: Previous office and customer service experience is essential Strong communication and organisational skills Good IT and administrative skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment A positive and professional approach to customer serviceIf you have the required office and customer service experience and are looking for a new opportunity, apply today
