You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality gas maintenance, repair, and installation services across a diverse commercial property portfolio, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to reactive maintenance requests for gas heating systems, boilers, and appliances across multiple client sitesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on gas equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and statutory requirementsDiagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently to minimize client downtimeInstall, commission, and service commercial gas heating systems and appliancesConduct gas safety checks and maintain accurate records of all work completedEnsure all work complies with Gas Safety Regulations and relevant industry standardsMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment to a high standardProvide excellent customer service and represent JLL professionally at all timesComplete job sheets, risk assessments, and method statements accurately and promptlyParticipate in an on-call rota as requiredEssential RequirementsGas Safe registered with relevant commercial qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A minimum)Proven experience in commercial gas engineeringStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsFull UK driving licenceExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own workloadGood understanding of health and safety legislationProficient in using mobile technology for job managementDesirableAdditional Gas Safe qualifications (CDGA1, CIGA1, TCPCP1)Experience working across commercial office, retail, or mixed-use propertiesElectrical qualifications (18th Edition)PASMA or IPAF certificationWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryCompany vehicle and fuel cardMobile phone and tools providedOngoing training and professional developmentPension scheme25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysCareer progression opportunities within a global organizationIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements below.
