This role is ideally suited to an established partner or senior lawyer ready to step into a key leadership position, working on complex and high value transactions across a diverse client base. The successful individual will lead on mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and strategic corporate advisory matters, delivering commercially driven advice. They will play a central role in shaping the future of the team while mentoring junior lawyers and strengthening client relationships. A modest client following is expected, with a focus on business development rather than relying on an existing platform.Lead on a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A and investments.Drive business development initiatives and expand an already impressive client portfolio.Provide strategic guidance to clients on complex corporate and governance matters.Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative culture.This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a driven Corporate Partner to join a firm offering genuine influence and good quality work.
