Finance Analyst

RECfinancial is exclusively partnering with a growing business to recruit a proactive Finance Analyst. The role is based at an impressive head office which is a commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will partner with internal teams to provide critical financial insight. The role focuses on commercial analysis, including P&L management, forecasting, and trend reporting, ensuring data accuracy to support key business decisions. The role would suit a candidate currently working in an Assistant Accounts, Finance Analyst, or Management Accountant role who is looking to move away from a month-end-based role into something with a bigger focus on analysis and commercial business partnering. The client is keen to hear from a commercially-minded candidate with a passion for driving value through forecasting, budgeting, and P&L oversight. If you are analytical, confident with Excel, and thrive on translating data into actionable insights, we would love to hear from you.
